What size will the logo be?
As of now, I'm limited to 4x4 inch designs with my machine. If you'd like to have a bigger design, I can embroider in multiple 4x4 sections for an additional fee of $20 because it's a lot of extra work.

Can I get an assortment of products and still get a discount for purchasing more?
Yes! You're more than welcome to include any quantity of any product in your order. I will have to work on a case by case basis for pricing, because the cost of the products vary, but the cost will still go down for purchasing in bulk even if it's not all the same item.

Can I approve the design before they're made?
Yes! I will be working with you extensively through email to make sure everything turns out perfect. Not only will you approve the design, its color and placement, but also the look and material of the product I purchase to embroider.

Can I try one out before purchasing in bulk?
Absolutely! If asked to do so, I will send you just one to make sure you like it before purchasing in bulk. The cost per test product is $15.
